The Recruitment Process  
 
Needs Analysis
We work together with our clients in order to identify recruitment needs and to establish a desired candidate profile. We analyze the organization and the company culture in order to identify experience requirements and desired personality traits of the potential candidates. We write a job specification that includes a description of tasks and responsibilities. This helps us identify candidate qualifications and success factors.


Candidate Identification
After having completed the candidate specification we identify possible ways of sourcing candidates. We also search in our own candidate database. We identify suitable candidates and report to our client continuously on the results of the candidate identification process.


Interviews and Evaluation
We interview candidates. In the screening process we initially evaluate candidates by an interview over the telephone after which the most suitable candidates are invited to a personal interview with one of our recruitment consultants. We evaluate candidates on the basis of their experience and personal qualifications as well as their potential to successfully integrate into the client organization.


  Candidate Presentation
We present the most suitable candidates to the client. We also present complete documentation including a CV and a written candidate assessment. After this we assist the client in booking meetings with the candidates. After these meetings we take references on the candidates of interest.


Completion of Assignment
WorkingDay completes the assignment by following up on all candidates that have taken part in the recruitment process. We continue the dialog with the chosen candidate as well as with the client in order to assure a successful integration process into the firm.
